This year I entered the Comikaze 24 hour comic challenge for fun and laffs. Basically every Queens Birthday
weekend, a challenge is run where you have to try and make a 24 page comic within a 24 hour period. You
can start your 24 hour period anytime from the start of the weekend, and every hour 3 random words are
posted up at the challenge forums that you have to incorporate into the comic.


I started at 5pm Sunday and finished with about 20 minutes to spare the next day. It got a little silly but
that was part of the fun I think. As regular Stark Reality readers will probably be able to guess, 24 pages
in 24 hours means that the art isn't to the usual standard I try to do, which is why I updated in 6
page chunks at a time, so you ended up with 24 pages to enjoy where you'd normally get 4! Not a bad
trade-off, In my humble opinion. :D
